Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the non-tangible, instant-download nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable once files are purchased, downloaded, or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned.
File Errors and Issue Resolution
If you encounter any error, corrupt file, or technical defect with your purchase:
Support Contact: Please reach out within 14 days of purchase so we can quickly address and resolve any file issues for you.
Correction Guarantee: Contact us with your order details and a description (or screenshot) of the issue. The designer will review the problem and provide a corrected file or resolve the error at no additional cost.
